Led by award-winning REALTOR^® Louise Bell, Limestone Realty Group delivers exceptional Real Estate service and powerful results throughout Central Texas. Featuring talented agents Aimee Crowther Chilton and Vivian Zana, the team is known for offering a winning combination of boots-on-ground market knowledge, tireless hard work, and genuine empathy for their clients' needs. A fourth generation (on both sides of her family) Texan and native Austinite, Louise has been immersed in the Real Estate industry her entire life, thanks to her custom homebuilder/developer father and a Real Estate attorney mother. Licensed in both Texas and California, she specializes in helping clients move within or between the two states. As the wife of an active-duty U.S. Air Force pilot, Louise is based in Austin while remaining active in both markets — a presence that took root during years of splitting time between Texas and California as a military spouse. She specializes in serving the needs of relocating military families and civilians alike, backed by her own experiences managing family, deployments and work obligations as a military spouse and mom to four young children.

Aimee grew up in Austin and launched her Real Estate career in Southern California, where she spent a decade in Los Angeles and Orange County. Aimee's unique combination of skills and fierce determination drove her to get her Real Estate License. With hard work and dedication (along with some blood sweat and tears), Aimee found success in Real Estate, closing 26 transactions during her first two years as an agent, representing both Buyers and Sellers in the hyper competitive Southern California market. Now residing back in Austin, Aimee has 7+ years of Real Estate under her belt and is consistently increasing her Texas sales while maintaining steady business in California. Aimee offers hands-on Real Estate service and a whole lot of enthusiasm for clients in both the Lone Star and Golden states.

A California native who has called Austin home since 2016, Vivian Zana brings decades of sales experience and impressive hands-on real estate expertise to every transaction. Her professional roots are in fashion sales and public relations — including owning a wholesale showroom representing designers in sales, marketing and branding — before transitioning into real estate through acquiring, renovating and leasing investment properties in Los Angeles, then buying and selling personal homes in Austin. Today, Vivian leverages her keen eye for design and deep industry knowledge to help clients envision each property's true potential and negotiate the best possible deal. Having lived in Dripping Springs, Barton Creek and now Lakeway, she brings genuine, neighborhood-level insight to buyers throughout Greater Austin.
