Featuring talented agents Aimee Crowther Chilton and Brielle Carvalho, the team is known for offering a winning combination of boots-on-ground market knowledge, tireless hard work, and genuine empathy for their clients' needs. A fourth generation (on both sides of her family) Texan and native Austinite, Louise has been immersed in the Real Estate industry her entire life, thanks to her custom homebuilder/developer father and a Real Estate attorney mother. Licensed first in Texas and later in California, she specializes in helping clients move within or between the two states. In fact, as the wife of an active-duty U.S. Air Force pilot stationed at Beale AFB near Sacramento, Louise splits her time between Northern California and Austin. She specializes in serving the needs of relocating military families and civilians alike, backed by her own experiences managing family, deployments and work obligations as a military spouse and mom to young children.

Aimee grew up in Austin and launched her Real Estate career in Southern California, where she spent a decade in Los Angeles and Orange County. Aimee’s unique combination of skills and fierce determination drove her to get her Real Estate License. With hard work and dedication (along with some blood sweat and tears), Aimee found success in Real Estate, closing 26 transactions during her first two years as an agent, representing both Buyers and Sellers in the hyper competitive Southern California market. Now residing back in Austin, Aimee has 4+ years of Real Estate under her belt and is consistently increasing her Texas sales while maintaining steady business in California. Aimee offers hands-on Real Estate service and a whole lot of enthusiasm for clients in both the Lone Star and Golden states.

Raised in Dallas and an Austin resident for over five years, Brielle became a Real Estate Agent in 2022 after deciding to leave retail management and service industries. Brielle is not only a full time Real Estate Agent but is also Louise’s Licensed Sales Assistant (LSA). She is continuously learning and growing as an agent with Louise’s “hose to the mouth” approach - absorbing and tackling everything Louise throws her way. She brings a palpable passion for Real Estate and her signature service-with-a-smile to every transaction.
